Combine in a large bowl two and three-quarters cups of flour, one and one-half tablespoons of baking powder, and one teaspoon of salt.
Cut into the mixture one stick of vegan butter until it resembles crumbs and then mix in one cup of vegan cheese shreds and one jalapeno which has been well diced.
Gradually fold in up to one and three-quarters cups of unsweetened oatmilk which has been curdled with one or two teaspoons of vinegar, until a shaggy dough results.
Portion with a serving spoon into biscuits and bake in a 400 degree oven until done.
